Refund & Return Policy – Deda Hendawy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re happy to offer an exchange within a day of receiving your order. Kindly contact us within this period, and we’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, skincare, or fragrances unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number—we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement.
