At Deda Hendawy, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order—no hassle, just care.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, skincare, or fragrances unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number—we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
